Who We Are

We were incorporated in 2007, originally by members of the Dixon family, to provide value for money expert architectural assistance to home owners and businesses across the East Riding. This ethos remains strong in our current and future values. Although no longer managed by the original Dixon family, our director spent many years working alongside the family prior to his appointment as director of the business.

We are an established architectural consultancy based in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, operating locally and across the region. We are a small but focussed team, dedicated to offering a personal approach to providing a hassle free experience in obtaining local authority development consents. Our principle activities include providing architectural plans often for the purposes of obtaining planning permission, and providing detailed specifications to secure compliance under the building regulations.

Over the years we have become popular with our clients and gained regular repeat custom or recommendations. However, we continue to provide a personal approach by keeping you informed every step of the way. We understand some clients have no experience of planning applications and in these circumstances we can act on your behalf to obtain any appropriate consents.
